How to Make Kimchi (Easy Recipe)

Have you ever graze a tub of kimchi while watching TV? We all do it isn't it? Because if you don't, I do! In fact, I love it!
I have an immense love for kimchi, and I crave for it all the time. It is such a healthy and versatile dish that you can manipulate and make into so many different dishes.
Anyway, a few months ago, I was doing research online on kimchi recipes just out of curiosity. I was expecting complexity, but to my utter surprise, IT WAS EASY! REALLY EASY!
Below are the ingredients and the instructions:
Here's a little tip, make extra kimchi paste. The reason is that you can always use the excess to "kimchify" more vegetables.
