Homemade Japanese Chashu (Braised Pork) Recipe
A bowl of ramen is incomplete without this sensational topping. A slice of pork that is sweet, savoury & charged with umami flavour, braised to perfection that melts in your mouth at an instance.
Sounds perfect, isn't it? That's because it is and the preparation is actually similar to the marinated egg that I've made previously. However, it is just a little more time consuming but, I promise you that it'll be all worth it.
