EASY RECIPE: Vietnamese Spring Roll

As I grew up in a Chinese household, a cold spring roll was a new concept for me. I never thought I would enjoy it until I have tried the Vietnamese Spring Roll.

The Vietnamese version is not only a cold dish, but the texture and taste are also different from the Chinese ones. It is fresh, herby, delicious & extremely addictive! As there is not much cooking needed, the recipe is extremely easy to make! So, let's get on to it, shall we?
