EASY RECIPE: Cantonese Siumai (Shu Mai, 燒賣) Steamed Pork, Mushroom & Shrimp Dim Sum

If there is a royalty of Dim Sum, then Siumai will be the queen of all Dim Sums.

Fear not! It is shockingly easy to make too!


The dumpling consists of well-seasoned minced pork with bits of shrimp & Chinese mushrooms that contribute to the finishing texture.

If you've had it before in a restaurant, we usually have it with a dipping sauce that consists of soy sauce (with or without finely sliced chilli or ginger).
