Why Became A

Food Blogger?

In 2020, I have rebranded myself. Why? I feel that my contents for the past few years weren't exactly me. It did not feel like me. It is almost like I'm trying to be someone else.

Yes, I have to admit that I think I do have the stylish edge as a photographer, stylist & model. I had a taste of mediocre success.

However, where are all my humour, awkwardness and quirks as a person? What I'm I actually offering? Hence, I am determined to uncover myself, be the quirky and funny person that I used to be! In fact, I'm a friend who's friends like to tease at! Not in a nasty way, but it's true! If you are my friend reading this or if you are in the same shoe as me, you'll know precisely what I mean.

The "new" me this year is to get into the Asian cooking niche. I want to explore cooking different authentic & traditional Asian cuisines. I am absolutely thrilled because since moving to Belfast I am having a hard time looking for excellent Asian eateries. Also, why pay £7 for fried rice when I can make it better at a fraction of the cost?

Please don't get me wrong, I am by far a professional cook but, more like a home cook. I realised that I tremendously enjoy cooking these days. It is almost like a new channel of creative output for me.

Since I am not able to find an excellent enough oriental restaurant that is to my taste. I have tested varies recipes from different Asian cuisines. They based on research and also my memory when I was helping out in the kitchen as a child.

Of course, I'll be sharing my recipes with you guys! I'm sure it'll be loads of fun, and you will enjoy home cooking as much as I do.
